This is my favorite dessert of all time. Well, I should qualify that. My oldest son taught himself to make Key Lime Pie several months ago because he knew how much I liked it and now he can make it to perfection. Love that boy ;) So, Cherry Graham Cracker Pie is tied for first. I guess it would belong in the cheesecake family, but when my sister and I were little and wanted my mom to make it, that's how we would request it. This no-bake pie is easy and delicious, the perfect blend of sour and sweet.
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese at room temperature
15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
1 graham cracker crust
Bake crust according to directions on package. Whip cream cheese until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla, blend until smooth. Pour into cooled crust. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Garnish top of pie with cherry pie filling before serving.
