Nothing like a warm spring day to make us want to get out the watercolor paints! We used mat board we get from a gallery frame shop in town. The owners are friends of ours and they save their left-overs for us. We also used small postcard-size watercolor paper. The kids used permanent black felt tip markers first, then painted over them. We looked at some Miro and Kandinsky for inspiration....
Our works in progress....
These are great! What a wonderful way to spend the day. I love your photos by the way. And I am so glad to find your blog!
